Welcome to Sangai Mart (“Sangai Mart”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sangai Mart website, mobile services, marketplace, products, digital products, game top-up services, and local services.
By accessing or using Sangai Mart, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. About Sangai Mart
Sangai Mart is a local marketplace designed to connect customers with products, digital products, and local services.
Our categories may include:
- Local products
- Cakes and food-related products
- Phones and accessories
- Gym and fitness products
- Digital products
- Game top-ups
- Canva templates and digital files
- Xerox and printing
- Photo printing and photo frames
- Editing, photography and videography
- Gifts and customized products
- Other products and services offered by participating sellers
Some products and services may be supplied directly by Sangai Mart, while others may be provided by independent sellers, businesses, or service providers using the Sangai Mart platform.
2. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally permitted to use our services.
If you are under the applicable age to enter into a contract, you should use Sangai Mart with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
3. Accounts
If an account is required, you are responsible for:
- Keeping your login information confidential
- Providing accurate information
- Updating incorrect information
- All activity carried out through your account
Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Products and Services
We attempt to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and other information.
However, minor differences may occur between photographs and the actual product, particularly for handmade, customized, printed, or locally sourced products.
Product availability and prices may change without prior notice.
5. Marketplace Sellers
Sangai Mart may allow independent sellers or service providers to list products and services.
Where applicable:
- Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.
- Sellers are responsible for fulfilling their orders and providing the promised products or services.
- Sellers must comply with applicable laws and Sangai Mart rules.
- Sangai Mart may review, suspend, edit, reject, or remove listings that violate our policies.
Sangai Mart may facilitate communication, payment, ordering, or delivery, but the actual seller may remain responsible for the product or service.
6. Orders
Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
We may cancel or reject an order because of:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or listing information
- Payment problems
- Suspected fraud or misuse
- Delivery limitations
- Seller inability to fulfil the order
- Other legitimate operational reasons
If we cancel a prepaid order for which a refund is applicable, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
7. Pricing and Payments
Prices displayed on Sangai Mart are shown in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, delivery charges, service charges, or other fees may be displayed separately during checkout.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Sangai Mart does not store complete card, UPI, or banking credentials unless expressly stated and lawfully required.
8. Game Top-Ups and Digital Products
Game top-ups and digital products may have special purchase conditions.
Customers are responsible for entering correct information, such as:
- Game ID
- Server ID
- Account details required for delivery
- Email address
- Download information
Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or a game top-up has been successfully credited, cancellation or refund may not be available except where required by applicable law or where Sangai Mart’s Refund Policy provides otherwise.
Sangai Mart does not own or control third-party games, game publishers, platforms, or intellectual property unless expressly stated.
9. Customized Products
Customized products, including personalized photo frames, printed materials, invitations, and other personalized products, may not be eligible for cancellation or return after production has started, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, photographs, dates, addresses, and other information supplied for customization.
10. Local Services
For services such as photography, videography, editing, printing, Xerox, design, or other local services:
- The service scope should be confirmed before payment where applicable.
- Appointment dates and times may be subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply for requests outside the agreed scope.
- Customers should provide accurate service requirements.
Specific service terms may apply to individual bookings.
11. Delivery
Physical products may be delivered through Sangai Mart, sellers, courier partners, local delivery providers, or other suitable methods.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
- Weather
- Transport problems
- Seller delays
- Courier delays
- Incorrect customer information
- Local restrictions
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
Digital products and eligible digital services may be delivered electronically.
12. Returns and Refunds
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Please review that policy before placing an order.
13. Prohibited Activities
You must not use Sangai Mart to:
- Commit fraud
- Submit false information
- Upload illegal content
- Sell prohibited or unlawful goods
- Violate intellectual-property rights
- Abuse payment systems
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Distribute malware
- Harass sellers, customers, or staff
- Manipulate reviews or orders
- Use the platform for unlawful activities
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.
14. Intellectual Property
The Sangai Mart name, logo, website design, original content, graphics, text, software, and other materials owned by Sangai Mart may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or commercially used without permission.
Third-party trademarks, logos, product names, game names, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
15. User Content
If you upload photographs, reviews, comments, designs, or other content, you confirm that:
- You have the right to provide that content.
- It does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.
- It does not contain unlawful or harmful material.
You grant Sangai Mart permission to use submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the relevant service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
16. Reviews and Ratings
Customers may be permitted to submit genuine reviews and ratings.
Reviews must not contain:
- False information
- Abusive language
- Personal information belonging to others
- Spam
- Advertising unrelated to the product or service
- Illegal or defamatory content
Sangai Mart may remove reviews that violate these rules.

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and authorities applicable to Sangai Mart’s place of business, subject to applicable consumer and other legal rights.
